Hideaki Itsuno, the game director behind Capcom's Dragon's Dogma series, mentions that he is interested in creating a Devil May Cry 5, and even bringing back the Rival Schools franchise. He goes on to say that he'd like to make a title that "captures authentic fighting," and develop a new genre of fighting games. Later on, he would even like to make a game that captures authentic fighting, such as Street Fighter II did, to develop a new genre of fighting games.
