The message from Warner Bros./New Line was that the budget for Mortal Kombat to release in 2013 is $45,000,000.00. Lance Sloan has given Writer/Director Kevin Tancharoen the green light to make the best Mortal Kombat reboot possible.
But, money never makes a great film... Perfect example, Street Fighter: Legend of Chun Li had a budget of $50,000,000.00 and only made $8,472,261.00... What a joke...
